(L.A.) Timothy Miller, 58, Died in an Encampment

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Black male that occurred in a homeless encampment.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Timothy Miller.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine Intoxication

RIP TIMOTHY E MILLER (July 4, 1965 – April 1, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 8:10 p.m.

The decedent was born in L.A. County on the Fourth of July and passed away in the same county on April Fools’ Day.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 23, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
