(L.A.) Lincoln Jeanes, 57, Died on a Hillside

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a hillside.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Lincoln Jeanes.

Gray hair. Blue eyes.

Height: 5 feet 10 inches / Weight: 190 pounds

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

RIP LINCOLN DOUGLAS JEANES (February 15, 1967 – March 29, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 1:10 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 14, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.

The decedent had been arrested for vehicle theft in Apri 2022. According to LAPD records, his date of birth is February 5, not February 15.

The claims in this case relate to a FOIA request sent to the Bureau of Prisons by the plaintiff, Lincoln Douglas Jeanes, while he was incarcerated in federal prison in Leavenworth, Kansas.
