Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 70-year-old Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Loren Root.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Aspiration Pneumonia

Cause of Death B: Seizures

Other Significant Conditions: Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia, Recurrent Falls, Sacral Fractures, Major Depression
