(L.A.) Jonathan Fitzgerald, 32, Died From Bromazolam

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jonathan Fitzgerald.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Bromazolam and Alcohol Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 7:36 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 26, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose.
