Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 71-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a nursing rehabilitation center.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Lynda Coleman.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Ankle Fracture
