The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Lydia Perez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Ischemic Heart Disease

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Unspecified Dementia, Atrial Fibrillation, Congestive Heart Failure, Hypertension, Hyperlipemia and Traumatic Rib Fractures
