Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Francisco Bonilla.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl and Methamphetamine
Other Significant Conditions: History of Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia and Tachycardia

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 3:47 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 11, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
