Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 71-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as James Lochead.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity
RIP JAMES LOCHEAD (October 5, 1952 – March 1, 2024)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 7:35 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 12, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
