(L.A.) Jorge Carrillo, 42, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jorge Carrillo.

Cause of Death: Opiates and Fentanyl Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 7, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
