Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Guy Dail.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Hypoxic Brain Injury

Cause of Death B: Effects of Cocaine and Ethanol

RIP GUY DAIL (June 19, 1961 – December 30, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 7, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive.
