Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Carlos Zamora.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Cocaine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 8:15 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
