Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a board-and-care home.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Michael Crackel.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Asphyxia

Cause of Death B: Choking on Obstructive Food Bolus

Other Significant Condition: History of Schizophrenia
