The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Melendez.

Cause of Death A: Ischemic Heart Disease

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Benign Prostate Hypertrophy and Cerebrovascular Accident
