Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Xochitl Hernandez Nolasco.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on January 27.
The decedent’s forename means “flower” in the Nahuatl language. She was likely of Mexican origin.
