(L.A.) Patrick Baeza, 55, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Latino male that occurred at his place of residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Patrick Baeza.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Giron.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 4:41 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on April 10 the following year, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
