(L.A.) Abraham Frankl, 34, Died From Drug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hotel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Abraham Frankl.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Belcove.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, and Alprazolam

Other Significant Condition: Recent Cocaine Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 1:01 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose.
