The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Hilda Ruiz.

Cause of Death A: Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Heart Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Left Hip Fracture, Diabetes Mellitus, Chronic Kidney Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 7:01 p.m.

This was ruled as an accidental death due to the hip fracture presumably precipitating the chain of events that led to the fatal outcome.
