The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Bethany Thomas.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 5:28 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 13. We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.
