Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 22-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her place of residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Raquel Pina of Pomona.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methylenedioxymethamphetamine, Cocaine, Oxycodone, Flubromazolam, Etizolam Use
