The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Maria Cruz Hernandez.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Diabetes Mellitus

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 2:18 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 4 the following year.
