Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Donald O’Brien.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine, Fentanyl and Phencyclidine Toxicity

RIP DONALD O’BRIEN (September 8, 1963 – November 29, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 6:09 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on January 31, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
