(L.A.) Dwight Pritchett, 41, Died on a Street

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Black male that occurred on a street.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dwight Pritchett.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Phencyclidine, Methamphetamine Toxicity
RIP DWIGHT PRITCHETT (December 19, 1981 – November 27, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 9:08 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 15, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
