(L.A.) Osbaldo Manzanares Ruiz, 59, Died From Fentanyl

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Latino male that occurred at his place of residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Osbaldo Manzanares Ruiz.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 6:10 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 29, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
