(L.A.) Renee McGrath, 34, Died on Thanksgiving

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Renee McGrath.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Metamphetamine and Fentanyl

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension with Congestive Heart Failure

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 10:16 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 9, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
