Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Henry Medina.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Diabetes Mellitus

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 1:01 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back negative for substances.
