Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old male that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Adrian Luis Henriquez Tomsich and listed his race/ethnicity as Hispanic/Latino + White/Caucasian.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Combined Effects Alprazolam and Cocaine
Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease; Medical History of Substance Abuse (Meth, Ecstasy), Cerebrovascular Accident / Ischemic Stroke Due to Cocaine (2022), Human Immunodeficiency Virus Infection, and Hypertension

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 4:10 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
The decedent was from Argentina and was known in Malibu as Adrian Tomsich-Young.
