Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence in Rowland Heights.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Priscilla Ortiz.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Zolpidem Toxicity
