(L.A.) Lester Moreno Sandoval, 33, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old Latino male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Lester Moreno Sandoval.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Acetyl Fentanyl, and Cocaine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 2:47 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 10, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
