(L.A.) Kevin Casey, 47, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kevin Casey.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Multiple Organ Failure

Cause of Death B: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication

RIP KEVIN CASEY (April 12, 1976 – September 18, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 11:02 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 16, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
