(L.A.) Tatianna Sandoval, 18, Died From Fentanyl

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 18-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Tatianna Sandoval of Perris, California.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl

RIP TATIANNA OLIVIA SANDOVAL (October 11, 2004 – September 22, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 2:40 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 24, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
