(L.A.) Griffin Pollack, 13, Died From a Fentanyl OD

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 13-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the young teen as Griffin Pollack.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity
RIP GRIFFIN POLLACK (February 25, 2010 – September 23, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 3:34 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 7 the following year, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.
This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
