(L.A.) Rafael Gudiel, 59, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rafael Gudiel.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl Toxicity
RIP RAFAEL GUDIEL (February 24, 1964 – September 23, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 9:26 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on March 26, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
