(L.A.) Arlene Adams, 59, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Black female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Arlene Adams.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: History of Congestive Heart Failure, Myocardial Infarction

RIP ARLENE ADAMS (October 19, 1963 – September 11, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 12:25 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 28, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.

This is considered an accidental overdose.
