Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 70-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Timothy Spradley.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

RIP TIMOTHY SPRADLEY (November 28, 1952 – September 8, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 3:45 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 24, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
