Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a Black female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the infant girl as Destiny Morgan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Suffocation

Other Significant Condition: Prematurity

RIP DESTINY MORGAN (November 17, 2022 – August 31, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 9:10 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 27.

The child was about nine and a half months old.
