Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Hemorrhagic Shock

Cause of Death C: Coagulopathy

Cause of Death D: End-Stage Liver Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Ventilator Dependent Respiratory Failure, Chronic Alcoholic Liver Disease, End-Stage Renal Disease on Hemodialysis, Severe Anemia
