(L.A.) Brian Jones, 62, Died in a Wash Embankment

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a wash embankment.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Brian Jones.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Acetyl Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine

RIP BRIAN JONES (July 13, 1961 – August 10, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 12:35 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 19, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
