Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dominick Alvarado.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Cocaine, Coronary Artery Disease, and Exertion During Law Enforcement Restraint

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:24 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 11.
