The coroner’s office has identified the man as James Leighton.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death A: Asphyxia

Cause of Death B: Plastic Bag Over Head

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 12:55 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 29.
