The coroner’s office has identified the man as Burton Harwick.

Cause of Death A: Multiorgan Failure & Clinical Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Sequelae of Blunt Force Trauma (Hip Fracture)

Cause of Death C: Cerebellar Ataxia Syndrome

Other Significant Condition: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
