Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old Latino male that occurred in a prison/correctional facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Andy Garcia.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Coronary Artery Disease

Cause of Death B: Diabetes Mellitus, Unknown Type

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 11:16 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 24.
