(L.A.) Michael Mallard, 61, Died at a Halfway House

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a halfway house.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Mallard.

Cause of Death: Effects of Alprazolam, Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine
