Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 70-year-old “Latino” male that occurred in a driveway.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Anthony Edwards.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine Toxicity

RIP ANTHONY EDWARDS (September 14, 1952 – July 15, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 12:57 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
