The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Kimberly Valencia.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

Other Significant Conditions: Morbid Obesity, Hepatic Steatosis

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 7:12 p.m.
