(L.A.) Ned Bechtold, 38, Died in a Parking Lot

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ned Bechtold.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Ethanol

Other Significant Condition: Idiopathic Cardiomyopathy

RIP NED BECHTOLD (July 2, 1985 – July 23, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 9:12 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 26, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive.
