The coroner’s office has identified the man as Mansor Shaikabahai and listed his race/ethnicity as White/Caucasian.

Cause of Death A: Hemorrhagic Cerebrovascular Accident
Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease
Other Significant Condition: Effects of Cocaine and Methamphetamine

The decedent’s name appears to be Middle Eastern. It seems likely that the government investigator yet again made a basic transcription error and that the surname is actually spelled Shaikhbahai (Shaikh Bahai / Mansoor Sheik-Bahae).
This was an accidental drug overdose.
