(L.A.) Riley O’Kane, 26, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Riley O’Kane.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity
RIP RILEY O’KANE (February 7, 1997 – July 14, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 4:50 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs. This was an accidental overdose.
