(L.A.) Joshua Allen, 40, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Black male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joshua Allen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Ethanol Toxicity

RIP JOSHUA ALLEN (February 10, 1983 – July 11, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 10:57 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
