Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Oscar Lopez Gomez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP OSCAR LOPEZ GOMEZ (October 1, 1988 – July 11, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 7:57 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
