(L.A.) Charles Neazer, 36, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old Black male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Charles Neazer.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication

RIP CHARLES NEAZER (January 3, 1987 – July 11, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 9:25 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 18, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
